CJCH Solicitors are recruiting for a dedicated Private Client solicitor or lawyer to join their growing Private Client Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing estate administration and probate files to include excepted and taxable estates
- Providing trust advice and preparation of associate trust documentation
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning
- Assisting on the management of Professional Deputyship files
- Preparation of Deputyship applications
- Building and supporting the growth of the team and strengthening relationships with clients and referrers
- Business development and networking
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified solicitor or CILEx Lawyer with 2-3 years PQE
- Flexible with the ability to travel to different offices and carry out home visits as required
- Client focused approach and possesses excellent communication skills
- Confident managing your own files with supervision as required
- Driven and has a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in Private Client
