Location: Cardiff (Williams House) but to cover other areas as and when required by business demands and needs.
Position Overview: We are seeking a criminal defence solicitor due to the growth of our criminal defence team. With the opportunity to work in both our legal aid and private paying criminal defence team.
- Criminal Solicitor – Duty Solicitor preferred but not essential
- Full Time (but will consider part time)
- Flexible working conditions
Key Responsibilities: Attending the Magistrates Court, police station and Crown Court, managing own caseload and assisting other members of the Crime Department as and when required
Qualifications & Skills: *Qualified Solicitor – Advocacy experience essential and Duty Accreditation Desirable
Additional Information: Our criminal team are under new management – this is an exciting opportunity to join an established Firm in South Wales with real growth ambitions in both legal aid and private paying criminal defence.
