We have an exciting opportunity for a new team member to grow and lead our Conveyancing team in at our Swansea office
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and running a caseload of residential conveyancing
- Winning work and develop relationships with local agents and brokers (ability to introduce refers would be a plus)
- Undertaking marketing and business development initiatives to promote our Caerphilly Office / firm.
- Mentoring and training junior members of the team as necessary
- Working alongside the Head of Residential Conveyancing (based in Blackwood) and Managing Director (based in Cardiff) to implement strategic growth and improved performance strategies across the firm.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Applications open to qualified solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers.
- Minimum 4 years PQE +
Additional Information:
- The candidate must be able to be based in our Swansea office, with a preferred minimum of 4 days in the office and 1 working from home.
- The candidate must have strong residential conveyancing knowledge including but not limited to; freehold & leasehold transactions for sales & purchase, new build, transfer of equity, shared ownership and shared equity matters and remortgages.
- The candidate must have the ability to work without supervision and have experience dealing with volume, whilst providing excellent client care, communication skills, and consistent billings.
- The candidate must have previous management experience of a conveyancing team/department
Benefits and Salary:
- Salary £55,000 per year + performance-based bonus structure
