Are you driven, ambitious and have the ability to think on your feet? Due to another contract win, we are recruiting for an experienced Construction Resourcer with a desire for fast moving blue-collar recruitment and a proven track record in the Recruitment Industry. This is a fast-paced role working on volume recruitment for all aspects of blue-collar roles for all locations in the UK. You will be tasked with increasing the candidate base for deployment to our multiple contracts.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
As a Resourcer, you will be targeting candidates in the Construction market to supply into multiple accounts. You will be responsible for sourcing and resourcing candidates. In an autonomous environment, you will be given the best tools to succeed and excellent remuneration for your hard work.
