We are currently looking for a Mechanical or Electrical PM for an M&E client in Scotland. The role will involve working away from home 2-4 days per week depending on location as the work is based in Dumfries. All meals paid plus 20% uplift on an already attractive package of £80-£95K plus bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the MEP aspects of Commercial projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with design, construction, and MEP subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead site teams, ensuring health & safety protocols are met.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager with MEP expertise.
  • Strong background in residential apartment developments.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate MEP installations effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) preferred.
