Remote Legal Work Experience | Boost Your Career Before Graduation!

Location: Remote (Client based in Glasgow, Scotland)

Type: Work Experience / Internship | Ultra-Flexible Hours

Are you a law student looking to gain real-world legal experience that will truly set you apart from the competition? Would you love the flexibility to work remotely, around your studies, and on live legal cases? If yes, we have an exciting and career-defining opportunity for you!

Our client, a dynamic and professional organization based in Glasgow, is offering remote legal work experience for motivated law students eager to develop their practical legal skills across Scots Law and UK national law.

About the Role:

You will have the opportunity to work directly on live legal cases preparing for court hearings before Judges and Sheriffs across Scotland. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching legislation, case law, and precedents
  • Drafting legal reports, arguments, and submissions
  • Preparing trial hearing bundles and written pleadings
  • Anticipating cross-examination questions and preparing strategic answers
  • Exposure to a variety of legal fields, primarily Scots Law with some broader UK Law

Why This Opportunity is Invaluable for You:

  • Gain a serious edge – Most law graduates lack hands-on legal work experience. Completing this internship will make your CV stand out from the competition and strengthen your future career prospects.
  • Real-world impact – Your research and writing will contribute directly to live court cases.
  • Remote and ultra-flexible – Fit the work around your university schedule, part-time job, or personal commitments.
  • Courtroom preparation – Learn how to prepare strong arguments, anticipate challenges, and think like a litigator.
  • Career-building mentorship – Gain insights from experienced legal professionals, without the rigidity of a traditional law firm environment.
  • Customize your experience – We are flexible: you can commit for 1 month, 3 months, or on an ongoing basis – each applicant will be considered on individual merit.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Law students (from any year of study) eager to gain practical legal experience
  • Strong research, writing, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and produce quality legal analysis
  • Interest in Scots Law and/or broader UK legal matters
  • Motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic individuals

Whether you have just 5 hours a week or 20+ hours, or whether you want to commit for 1 month, 3 months, or longer, we will work around you. This is more than just work experience – it’s a real investment in your future career.

Ready to make a real difference in your career journey? Apply today and take the first step toward becoming the lawyer you aspire to be.
