About the Role:
You will have the opportunity to work directly on live legal cases preparing for court hearings before Judges and Sheriffs across Scotland. Key responsibilities will include:
- Researching legislation, case law, and precedents
- Drafting legal reports, arguments, and submissions
- Preparing trial hearing bundles and written pleadings
- Anticipating cross-examination questions and preparing strategic answers
- Exposure to a variety of legal fields, primarily Scots Law with some broader UK Law
