CJC Recruit are working with an established and growing contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior M&E Engineer / Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial and industrial projects across Central Scotland (East & West). With offices in both the East and West of Scotland, the role offers flexibility on base location and a long-term, secure workload.
The Role
- Delivery of mechanical and electrical services on commercial and industrial projects
- Taking technical ownership of projects from pre-start through to handover
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and programme delivery
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Acting as a senior technical point of contact between site and office
About You
- Strong, proven understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical building services
- Background in commercial and/or industrial project delivery
- Comfortable operating in a senior, hands-on engineering or project management role
- Able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
