CJC Recruit are representing a Tier 1 main contractor delivering a portfolio of high-profile projects across the East of Scotland, including new-build schools and large commercial facilities ranging from £20–£60 million in value. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Director to lead a flagship development through full lifecycle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of project delivery from pre-construction to handover
- Programme leadership, risk management, stakeholder engagement
- Managing commercial performance and reporting to senior leadership
- Leading a high-performing delivery team and subcontract supply chain
- Ensuring safety excellence, quality assurance and client satisfaction
- Driving buildability, productivity and digital construction adoption
Requirements
- Proven track record leading major construction projects £20m+
- Experience in education / public sector builds strongly preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams to high-performance outcomes
