Role Overview: The Global Partnerships Manager is responsible for delivering the global operations of the end-to-end publisher journey for one of CJ's most strategic enterprise clients. This role owns the management and coordination of the entire publisher ecosystem from how new partner opportunities are identified, activated, nurtured, and scaled ensuring the partner ecosystem drives sustainable growth while protecting brand integrity and compliance. Operating in close alignment with the Senior Partnerships Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the global publisher management, aligned to the client's commercial priorities, brand positioning, and customer journey.
- Implement a streamlined publisher management workflow from recruitment, onboarding to activation and optimisation.
- Own and coordinate the global approach to recruiting, onboarding, and activating new publishers across all client teams while allowing for local market nuance.
- Work with regional CJ publisher managers to drive partner performance and progression.
- Work closely with publishers and CJ client team to define and enhance new publisher tools, widgets, and capabilities designed to improve traffic activation, conversion rates, and partner performance.
- Partner closely with Program Compliance teams to ensure all publisher activity adheres to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and advertising standards.
- Implement, measure, and optimise KPIs while activating multi-vertical publisher campaigns that expand share of wallet and drive scalable growth across categories.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Product, and cross-functional teams to support roadmap development, QBP planning, project management, and ensure best-in-class operations.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Affiliate marketing experience.
- Experience working in a client facing role.
- Strong project management skills.
- Previous experience working across global accounts desired but not essential.
- Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
