The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Due to continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join an award-winning and experienced lettings team based out of Clifton & Bishopston offices (covering most of Bristol). Are you the right person to join our successful team?

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Generating, arranging, and carrying out viewings of properties to let.
  2. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Landlords, having built a thorough understanding of their requirements.
  3. Advising prospective tenants, understanding their requirements & sourcing the best properties to match.
  4. Handling offers, negotiations, and queries between Landlords & Tenants.
  5. Ensuring consistent delivery of our high levels of customer service.

Start date: Flexible for the right candidate.
