CJ Hiring is currently recruiting experienced Site Managers to join a leading construction contractor delivering high-profile retail design and fit-out projects across South England. Role Summary: As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of retail fit-out projects from inception through to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities for retail design and fit-out projects
- Oversee subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Deliver projects in line with programme deadlines and quality expectations
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and design teams
- Monitor site progress and produce regular progress reports
