This is an excellent opportunity for construction professionals with strong retail sector experience to take ownership of fast-paced, high-quality projects within a well-established and growing organisation.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of retail fit-out projects from inception through to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Manage all on-site activities for retail design and fit-out projects
- Oversee subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow
- Deliver projects in line with programme deadlines and quality expectations
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and design teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
- Strong and demonstrable grey box retail experience as a Site Manager (ESSENTIAL)
- Strong background in retail design and fit-out projects
