Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
- Manage all aspects of the commercial and financial performance of projects
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises
- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and accounts
- Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow
- Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field
Minimum 2+ years’ experience (QS)
