CJ Education is recruiting for an Intervention & Engagement Lead to support students in an Achievement Centre at a Durham secondary school. The role focuses on nurturing, boundary-setting and high expectations to boost engagement and access to mainstream lessons where possible.
The successful candidate will work within a safeguarding-focused SEN team, building strong relationships, managing behaviours and providing flexible support to help students reach their potential.
