This is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The selected candidate will lead the planning and delivery of major infrastructure projects, managing consents and authorizations, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. They will also lead community consultations, oversee planning strategies, and provide expert advice to clients across diverse sectors. In this role, the candidate will engage with project teams, offering strategic insights and solutions to achieve successful project outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in planning policies, consents, authorizations, and development frameworks for infrastructure projects.
  • Proven capability in stakeholder engagement, consultation processes, and fostering community relationships.
  • Experience in managing project programs, timelines, and commercial aspects of large-scale infrastructure developments.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and innovative strategies to enhance planning and project management processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to guide teams and collaborate with clients effectively.
  • Chartered Planner status or equivalent professional qualifications in planning or a related field.
