Tudor Employment Agency are currently looking for Night Recycling Operatives to join our well-established client, based in Four Ashes, Wolverhampton (WV10).
Our client is a well-established waste management business and requires reliable and hardworking individuals to join their team.
Please Note: Due to the location of the company, you will require our own transport or live very local.
Shifts
NIGHTS: 10pm - 6am
Sunday to Thursday (No Friday Working)
Hourly Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Sort and segregate different types of waste materials, including plastics, paper, glass, metals, and household waste
- Operate sorting machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Inspect incoming waste materials to ensure compliance with regulations and company guidelines
- Remove contaminants and non-recyclable items from the waste stream
- Monitor waste disposal processes to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource recovery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and quality standards
- Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry best practices and regulations
