The successful candidate will be confident managing meetings, coordinating project teams, and ensuring BREEAM objectives are effectively communicated and delivered throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Act as the BREEAM AP on new construction projects. Lead and facilitate project meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders. Coordinate BREEAM requirements and ensure they are understood and incorporated into project plans. Monitor project progress against BREEAM targets and identify any potential issues or areas requiring attention. Liaise with project teams to gather the necessary information and evidence for BREEAM compliance. Provide guidance and support on BREEAM requirements throughout design and construction. Maintain clear records of BREEAM-related actions, decisions and project documentation. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to help achieve project sustainability objectives. About You BREEAM AP qualification/experience is essential. Ideally 2 years' relevant professional experience in a construction, sustainability or BREEAM-focused role. Experience working on new construction projects. Confident chairing and running meetings with a range of stakeholders. Strong communication, organisation and project coordination skills. Good understanding of BREEAM assessment processes and requirements. Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively as part of a project team.
