Carrington West in East London is seeking an experienced Outreach & Sustainment Officer to join a local authority homelessness outreach service on a 3-month contract. The role is 36 hours per week and pays £30.35 per hour umbrella (Inside IR35).
You will deliver trauma-informed outreach to rough sleepers, assess safeguarding needs, coordinate housing and welfare services, and support sustained tenancies through collaboration with health professionals and external agencies.
