CIWEM is seeking a Head of Engagement to lead its 14 regional communities and international networks, acting as the main link between volunteers and central teams. You will shape a scalable operating model, grow membership, and create a measurable impact across regions.
You will build engagement programmes, recruit volunteers, manage a Branch Development Fund, and work across policy, events, learning and partnerships to deliver a joined‑up member experience. Regular UK travel is expected.
