Main Purpose of the Role

To provide high-level technical support across West Mercia Police to both internal and external customers. Ideally, candidates will have 3rd or 4th line support experience with in-depth knowledge in their areas of expertise and a general understanding of wider technologies. Successful candidates will ensure the department offers excellent ICT infrastructure, specialist applications, and services through technical support, proactive maintenance, and project work of varying sizes.
