Weβre looking for an experienced SeniorConsultant β Programmes to lead complex client engagements and play a key role in the leadership of our delivery teams.
Youβll act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, lead multiβdisciplinary teams, and take ownership of programme delivery from discovery through to closure. Alongside delivery, youβll help shape Civiteqβs methodologies, develop our people, and identify opportunities to grow client relationships.
This role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, visibility and influence and who can balance strategic leadership with handsβon delivery.
Requirements
Programme leadership & client delivery
- Leading complex client programmes as a trusted and credible advisor
- Owning the planning and delivery of programmes in line with agreed Statements of Work
- Conducting discovery and diagnostic work, developing recommendations and delivery plans
- Leading programme governance, including Programme Boards and senior stakeholder engagement
- Managing multiβdisciplinary delivery teams, ensuring highβquality outcomes
- Identifying and progressing followβon opportunities with existing clients
Commercial & operational oversight
- Owning programme financials, ensuring delivery against resourcing and margin expectations
- Working closely with other Principal Consultants and Directors on resourcing and delivery planning
- Maintaining accurate programme data and reporting
- Contributing to Civiteqβs strategic objectives and ways of working
Programme management expertise
Youβll bring deep experience across the full programme lifecycle, including:
Programme initiation and business case development
- Planning, resourcing and risk management
- Agile and/or waterfall delivery approaches
- Stakeholder management at senior and executive level
- Monitoring delivery, managing change, and closing programmes successfully
- Experience in public sector transformation and ERP programmes is highly desirable.
Experience
- Significant experience leading complex programmes in a consulting or delivery environment
- Proven ability to operate at senior stakeholder and SLT level
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing programme financials
- Experience building and maintaining longβterm client relationships
- Confidence leading teams and handling challenging delivery environments

- Salary: Β£40,000 β Β£60,000 per annum (depending on experience). We are committed to offering salaries that are fair, competitive and aligned to experience and capability.
