We’re looking for an experienced Senior Consultant - Change Management to join our Change practice. In this role, you’ll act as a subject matter expert, leading or supporting the delivery of change across complex client programmes. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to Civiteq’s methodologies and toolkits, and help shape solutions that enable successful adoption of digital and organisational change. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy variety, responsibility and influence and if you’re comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑profile programme environments.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as a trusted Change SME for clients on complex transformation programmes
  • Leading or supporting end‑to‑end change delivery, including workstream leadership
  • Designing and delivering people‑centred change interventions that enable adoption
  • Supporting programme governance, including workshops, programme boards and key milestones
  • Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Identifying follow‑on opportunities and supporting business development activity
  • Mentoring and supporting junior consultants
Change management expertise
  • Developing and delivering end‑to‑end change strategies and plans
  • Owning key elements of business change and driving them through to adoption
  • Delivering change impact assessments, readiness assessments and process redesign
  • Designing communication and engagement approaches, including stakeholder mapping
  • Supporting organisational design, operating models and benefits realisation
  • Designing and delivering learning solutions to support change adoption
Experience
  • Proven experience delivering change management within complex programmes (ideally ERP or large‑scale digital transformation)
  • Experience working within consulting, delivery or implementation teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior and challenging clients
  • Experience leading change for a core business function
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of consulting environments
