Are you a passionate expert in your field, ready to make a real impact? We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our high-performing team.

In this role, you’ll lead or support delivery across a range of client engagements, bringing your specialist knowledge to the forefront of complex programmes.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving our delivery methodologies and toolkits, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and client-focused. With strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you’ll thrive in fast-paced environments and be driven by the opportunity to develop citizen-centred solutions that make a difference.

Requirements

In this role, you’ll manage workstreams, provide expert advice, and support change adoption across complex programmes. You’ll build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, mentor junior team members, and identify growth opportunities.

You’ll ensure delivery is on time and aligned with our values, while collaborating on thought leadership and toolkit development.

With proven experience in ERP change programmes—particularly HR/Payroll—you’ll bring strategic change expertise and strong consulting skills. If you’re a clear communicator, problem-solver, and team player with a passion for impactful change, we’d love to hear from you.
