TheRole

ThisisanexcitinginterimopportunityforaskilledandconfidentHRprofessional.ThePeopleAdvisorwillactasaprimarypointofcontactforHRmatters,supportingstaffandmanagersacrossallstagesoftheemployeelifecycle.

TheroleincludesadvisingonHRpolicy,managingonboardingandoffboarding,maintainingaccuraterecordsandHRsystems,supportingpayrollprocesses,andcontributingtowiderpeopleoperations.ThesuccessfulcandidatewillalsoplayakeyroleinsupportingtheimplementationofanewHRsystem.

YouwillbringstronggeneralistHRexperience,ideallywithinafast-pacedorhybridworkingenvironment.YouwillhaveasolidunderstandingofUKemploymentlawandaprovenabilitytoprovideprofessional,solutions-focusedHRadviceacrossarangeoftopics.

Excellentorganisation,discretion,andattentiontodetailarekeytothisrole.Youwillbeastrongcommunicator,comfortableworkingwithdiversestakeholders,andproactiveinmanagingavariedworkload.ExperiencewithsystemssuchasSelectHRandinvolvementinchangemanagementorsystemimplementationisdesirable.
