Social Media Manager (Digital Marketing Agency focused on ethical clients/charities, Hybrid in Bradford)
Location: Hybrid in Bradford – 2‑3 days a week in the office.
Civitas Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic creative digital marketing agency that focuses on the third sector and works with values‑based organisations. Through their work they have increased donations for charities and traffic to various charities’ websites. They specialise in crafting impactful digital marketing strategies, creative campaigns and comprehensive go‑to‑market plans. A fantastic opportunity exists for a Social Media Manager to join the team.
Role Overview: As Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute creative social media strategies, with a key focus on TikTok. You will aim to engage with online communities and foster brand loyalty. This is a full‑time, permanent role, home based within the UK with meetings in Bradford twice a week minimum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies, focusing on TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- Engage with online communities and foster brand loyalty.
- Create short‑form video content, using tools such as Cap Cut or similar (bonus).
- Monitor social media algorithms, analytics and content strategies to optimise performance.
- Collaborate with the agency’s creative team to craft impactful campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 4‑5 years of social media experience, ideally within an agency or in‑house at a brand.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok trends, storytelling and viral marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics and content strategy.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for culturally inclusive marketing and engaging diverse communities.
- Experience with Cap Cut or similar editing tools is a bonus.
