The Opportunity
Civitas Recruitment is supporting a leading international humanitarian charity to appoint a Head of Growth. This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape fundraising, marketing and communications, strengthen supporter relationships and build sustainable income across a wide range of fundraising streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organisation's integrated fundraising and marketing strategy, setting clear income targets and measuring performance.
- Diversify income through digital fundraising, corporate partnerships, major donors and philanthropic giving.
- Oversee brand, communications, campaigns and supporter engagement, using data to improve performance and return on investment.
- Lead and develop senior colleagues across fundraising, marketing and supporter relations, and contribute to wider organisational planning.
The Ideal Candidate
- Significant senior leadership experience within a charity or international NGO, with a proven record of growing fundraising income.
- Strong knowledge of fundraising strategy, digital marketing, brand development and financial planning.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets, forecasts and performance.
- An understanding of the faith-based charity landscape and a commitment to the organisation's humanitarian mission.
