As an Electrical Manager, your job is all about making sure customers have a great experience every time they use your depot. You’ll lead and energise your team so they’re motivated and ready to hit targets together. There’s loads of room to grow sales, boost profits, and bring in new customers too. You’ll also keep things running smoothly behind the scenes - managing stock, making the most of your vehicles, and making sure everyone’s up to date with their training so the department stays safe and efficient.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Making sure every customer gets top-notch service
  • Leading your team in a way that brings out the best in everyone
  • Growing department sales and boosting profits
  • Taking ownership of the department’s overall performance and standards
  • Supporting your team with training and keeping their product knowledge sharp
  • Managing stock smartly - making the most of your vehicle fleet
  • Ensuring all required training is done and the depot stays safe for everyone

What you’ll bring:
