Are you a strong leader with a passion for sales and operational excellence? We’re hiring a Depot Manager to lead one of our key sites for the UK’s No. 1 distributor of lintels . This is a pivotal leadership role, managing a high-performing team and delivering outstanding service to National, Regional, and Local Developers. As we enter our next exciting phase of growth, your leadership will help drive continued success. Here’s what you can expect to do as a Lintels Depot Manager with Civils & Lintels: Provide clear leadership and direction to all depot staff, creating a positive and productive working environment. Manage day-to-day depot operations to ensure high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers across all tiers—from national housebuilders to local trades. Take ownership of stock control, logistics, site safety, and service standards. Deliver against performance targets while supporting wider business strategy and growth. We can give you plenty of training and equip you with the tools that you’ll need to succeed as a Depot Manager but you will need to be someone with previous experience of managing and developing people and be great at it. As well as this, we’re also looking for: Proven leadership experience in depot, branch, or operations management—ideally within building materials, construction supplies, or a related field. Able to lead by example, motivate teams, and create a high-performance culture. Commercially astute, with excellent organisational and decision-making skills. Strong customer focus with a commitment to quality and service. A proactive mindset with the ability to manage challenges and drive improvement.
