We are looking for a Depot Manager to join us at Civils & Lintels in Bury St Edmunds! Civils & Lintels' main aim is to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations. Our people are at the heart of ensuring this happens, which is why we are always on the lookout to recruit the best around. Whether it’s civils engineering or lintels, our customers rely on the in-depth knowledge of our depot teams, so we make it our priority to provide the best training to ensure our colleagues are able to offer their expert advice and support.
Your role, as a Depot Manager, will be to ensure your customers receive a brilliant service when using your depot. You will need to manage and motivate your team to help meet depot targets. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to build on sales and profits while also generating new customers. You will also need to ensure that the depot is running effectively by managing stock, properly utilising your vehicles, and making sure all employees have completed the mandatory training to ensure it is a safe place to work.
