Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering a regional major accounts strategy aligned to wider business objectives.
- Owning and managing relationships with key national and strategic customers.
- Driving sustainable growth through structured account planning and joint business initiatives.
- Identifying and converting new commercial opportunities within existing major accounts.
- Leading negotiations on contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
- Acting as the senior escalation point for complex customer or commercial challenges.
- Collaborating with internal teams including sales, operations, finance, supply chain, and marketing.
- Monitoring performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform decision‑making.
- Ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across your account portfolio.
