Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering a regional major accounts strategy aligned to wider business objectives.
  • Owning and managing relationships with key national and strategic customers.
  • Driving sustainable growth through structured account planning and joint business initiatives.
  • Identifying and converting new commercial opportunities within existing major accounts.
  • Leading negotiations on contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
  • Acting as the senior escalation point for complex customer or commercial challenges.
  • Collaborating with internal teams including sales, operations, finance, supply chain, and marketing.
