We are renowned for being one of the largest producers of precast concrete in Australia! With our operations now expanding across QLD, WA, NSW, ACT, VIC, and SA across 29 different sites!
As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the go-to for customers and the internal champion for their needs. You will partner with Sales Representatives and our wider network to manage the quote-to-revenue process, ensuring every project runs smoothly, every delivery is on time, and every customer walks away impressed.
You will undertake a variety of activities including:
- Managing customer orders and queries; whether by phone, email, or in person with professionalism and care.
- Qualifying needs, negotiating expectations, and keeping customers informed about production and inventory.
- Creating quotes and following through to win business.
- Coordinating delivery details keeping everyone in the loop.
- Building strong relationships with project stakeholders and monitoring progress.
