Help Shape the UK’s Energy Future Senior Team Organiser Opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), Supporting Sizewell C. As part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), you will support the building of Sizewell C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2‑gigawatt power station generating low‑carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years. This role will be within the CWA Wide Section.

What will you do?

  • The Team Administrator role will support the SZC team by taking responsibility for maintaining administration tasks including but not limited to booking travel and accommodation, welcoming new starters, coordinating diaries, arranging events and initiating IT requests as required whilst monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, supporting EA with DLT and day‑to‑day requirements, team planning, location logistics and wider team needs.
  • Undertake general office administration duties including control of all mail, coordinating diaries, processing and maintaining personnel records including vulnerable assets such as mobile telephones; make necessary returns.
  • Arrange travel, hotels and vehicles, and order and control Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the team.
  • Organise meetings and the production, collation and dissemination of documentation for and resulting from them. Take minutes when required and follow up actions from the meeting.
  • Provide a consistent presence on behalf of the team delivering excellent customer service levels.
  • Provide communications to the team, including sending messages as required.
  • Maintain an efficient electronic filing system paying particular attention to records of standing meetings, statutory records, and approvals.
  • Utilise financial and procurement systems and act as Local Purchasing Agent (where directed) by ordering stationery and other office consumables as required.
  • Report team problems e.g. IT and office facilities and monitor response.
  • Act as a central point of contact for the team, ensuring efficient communication flows both within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Relay important information, updates, and announcements.
  • Support the vetting & onboarding coordinator by liaising with delegates and suppliers to ensure smooth entry to the project.
  • Supporting new starters with joining information and requesting IT.
  • Support compliance with internal and external audits.
  • Review and process recruitment requirements.
  • Manage project databases.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to define and track key performance metrics, providing regular reports and analysis to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Training support for operatives to support audits.
  • Line management of admin for site.
  • Visualization meeting management.
  • Overseeing team organisers in sectors when required.
  • Stakeholder relationships to support all teams.
  • Overseeing logistic complex roles between Site operations and CWA needs.
