  • Complete all due diligence prior to change approval, maintaining transparency and trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Safeguard the integrity of programme and cost baselines, integrating change data with project controls, cost, risk, and contract management frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable records for compliance and strategic reporting.

You will bring:

  • Professional qualifications such as APM PMQ, APMG Project Planning and Control Practitioner, or equivalent (MRICS preferred).
  • Proven experience running contract, cost, and EVM systems (e.g. PRISM, Unifier, InEight).
  • Results‑driven leadership style, with a focus on operational excellence, collaboration, and customer service.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex challenges and influence at all levels.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and an energised attitude toward driving and managing change.
