Civil Works Alliance invites a Senior Legal Counsel to support the Sizewell C civil works programme. You will provide strategic legal advice on contracts, compliance and risk across all project phases, with NEC4 knowledge and UK construction law expertise.
You will work with the Lead Legal Counsel, internal teams, project partners and external advisers to:
- Draft, review and negotiate agreements
- Manage disputes
- Monitor regulatory developments
- Embed robust contractual processes
