Role Overview: We are seeking an Operational Support Officer to provide efficient support services. You will be the first point of contact for business inquiries, gaining in-depth knowledge of the organization and its processes. Your responsibilities will include venue, travel, and equipment booking, preparing paperwork, producing reports and forecasts from our systems, and managing relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners through raising purchase orders and handling financial requests and queries.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Confident IT user experienced with common office systems, procedures, equipment, and facilities
- Hold or willing to work toward Business Administration qualifications
- Self-motivated, flexible, able to work independently and in a team, with problem-solving and decision-making skills, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in coordinating meetings and managing records with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation, at all levels and with external partners
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly and with integrity

Working Hours and Additional Information: This role is part-time, working 18.5 hours per week. The working pattern can be discussed during the interview and offer stage.
