CAVRA is a voluntary resilience organisation operating across England and Wales. We are a registered charity (no.1194929) providing backup personnel to emergency services and local authorities. Our volunteers are divided into three sections: Community Emergency Volunteer Unit, National Emergency Resilience Support Unit, and Headquarters.
