We’re hiring Full-Time Senior Account Managers to support and service commercial clients with complex accounts (up to $1M+ in revenue). This role includes client relationship management, supporting Producers, and handling renewals and new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service large commercial accounts
  • Prepare proposals, submissions, and renewal kits
  • Conduct client visits and assist in coverage reviews
  • Respond to client and underwriter inquiries
  • Issue and process policies, COIs, and invoices
  • Understand client operations and exposures
  • Resolve audit disputes and service requests
