Civicare Beds, Herts & Bucks Ltd. seeks a warm, proactive Field Care Supervisor to join our team.

You will be the main link between the office, clients and care workers, delivering person-centred assessments and ongoing support in clients’ homes.

You will spend ~90% of your week in the field, conducting assessments, updating care plans and reporting to the Service Manager and Care Coordinator.

A valid UK driving licence is essential.
