Support Worker Full Time

Civicare Beds Herts Bucks Ltd is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our expanding agency team in Cambridge. This is a full-time position offering flexible shifts and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people\’s lives.

As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in residential, supported living, or community settings — helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and emotional support to service users.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication, and mobility.
• Support service users with social and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
• Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure a safe, caring, and supportive environment at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude.
• Willingness to undergo DBS check and provide employment references.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends if required.
