Senior Product Manager

Why you will love this opportunity as Senior Product Manager at Civica As a Senior Product Manager, you will define the strategic vision for your team aligned with Civica\’s overall goals. You will lead by example, executing the product strategy across a suite of products, ensuring development practices and roadmaps support our global vision to maximize productivity and growth. You will lead a team of product managers, collaborating with design, user research, engineering, and commercial teams. You will oversee the lifecycle management of your product portfolio, ensuring alignment with our mission to be a global GovTech leader while delivering critical services worldwide. The role includes line management responsibilities such as performance reviews, regular check-ins, and supporting team development. Key responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to inform product strategy and roadmaps. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and customer success teams for successful product development and launches. Gather feedback through customer interviews, surveys, and market research to guide product decisions. Define and prioritize product requirements, guiding engineering efforts. Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery. Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with the Product Marketing team, including developing messaging and positioning. Analyze performance data to identify improvements and inform decisions. Lead and mentor product managers, fostering best practices and skill development. Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and thorough documentation of decisions and designs. Requirements Core competencies include: Extensive experience in senior product management, leading multiple products and teams. Proven success in developing and executing growth-driving product strategies. Experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams. Background in software or product-led organizations with multiple product launches and growth. Ability to prioritize features and requirements based on customer, business, and technical considerations. Expertise in building and executing aligned product roadmaps and strategies. Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success. Adaptability to changing market and business conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills for technical, business, and customer challenges. Ability to craft compelling stories to communicate vision and value to stakeholders.
