This is a high-visibility, strategic Project Manager position within a small, focused team of four reporting directly to senior leadership. You'll manage end-to-end software and hardware implementation projects, with a focus on programme planning, governance & reporting, and stakeholder management. This role is ideal if you're confident engaging with senior leaders, able to influence decisions, and enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll work closely with our priority products portfolio (13 products, 1,300 customers) and be integral to delivering projects that matter. This is an opportunity to take ownership, apply your problem-solving skills, and make a tangible impact across Civica's public and private sector clients.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee portfolio of end-to-end software (SaaS) and hardware implementation projects, ensuring delivery to scope, quality, and timelines.
- Lead functional programme governance, including reporting, financial oversight, forecasting, and modelling.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Plan, prioritise, and track multiple workstreams, adapting plans to maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate programme risks and issues proactively.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations with confidence, ensuring clear, succinct communication at all levels.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned, insights, and best practices across the team.
- Strong background in software and/or hardware implementation; cloud (SaaS) experience is highly desirable.
- Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and influencing decisions effectively.
- Proven ability to manage programme governance, reporting, and financials.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, planning, and prioritisation in fast-paced environments.
- Prince2 and/or Agile qualification (QBE acceptable).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- High visibility with senior stakeholders and exposure to strategic decision-making.
- Fast-paced environment within a small, highly collaborative team.
