- Enabling your team to do their best work by removing blockers such as excessive administration or conflicting demands
- Developing and motivating people, strengthening capability through regular 1:1s, appraisals, coaching, and structured team rhythms (including 3x weekly huddles)
- Accelerating performance in a complex, multi-product delivery environment
You’ll play a key role in ensuring Civica delivers excellent implementations, on time and within budget, while protecting and maximising revenue through strong governance, utilisation management, and milestone control. Stakeholder engagement is a core part of the role. You’ll build strong relationships with C-suite executives, CEOs, COOs, Business Managers, Estates Directors, and Head Teachers, positioning yourself as a trusted leader who balances commercial focus with exceptional customer experience.
Most importantly, this is a role where your leadership will drive growth and scale.
