As a Payments Administrator, youβll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our Payments Team while delivering excellent customer service. Youβll be the first point of contact for customers with questions about their private health payments and coverage, helping them resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

What you will do to be successful in this role
Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via email and phone in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process payments and provide clear information to customers regarding their private health coverage.
- Manage correspondence and support general administrative tasks within the Payments Team.
- Collaborate closely with the Payments Team Supervisor to ensure smooth team operations.
- A passion for customer service and a professional telephone manner.
- Good all-round IT skills, including MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Strong organisational skills with a flexible, can-do attitude.
- Previous office experience (preferred but not essential).
