As a Project Manager within our Occupational Health product area, you’ll play a vital role in delivering end‑to‑end software and hardware implementation projects for customers across the public and private sectors. You will be the driving force behind projects, managing timelines, budgets, communications, and customer engagement from kick‑off to successful go‑live. With our typical implementation cycle lasting around six months, you’ll enjoy a fast‑, dynamic role where strong soft skills and stakeholder management are just as important as technical understanding. This is a fantastic opportunity if you thrive on ownership, enjoy solving problems, and want to deliver projects that genuinely make a difference. You don’t need an Occupational Health background—just the confidence and capability to run with a programme and lead customers through change.

Requirements

  • Experience managing software implementation projects (SaaS experience highly beneficial)
  • Ability to communicate clearly, run meetings confidently, and build rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to keep multiple workstreams on track in a fast‑paced environment
  • Capable of producing accurate forecasts, status reports, and project documentation
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of a varied workload
  • Background in software or hardware implementations is desirable but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end‑to‑end Occupational Health implementation projects across cloud (SaaS) and associated hardware solutions; using MS Projects to meet and maintain customer expectations
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and customer communications
  • Run project meetings, present effectively to stakeholders, and ensure clear, confident communication throughout delivery
  • Collaborate with internal product, technical, and development teams to ensure successful configuration and deployment
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, adapting plans as needed to maintain momentum
  • Build trusted relationships with customers across public and private sectors, supporting them through change
  • Ensure projects stay on track and deliver to agreed scope, quality, and timelines—typically within a 6‑month turnaround
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights, lessons learned, and best practice across the team

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with cloud implementation environments (SaaS)
  • Experience working across both public and private sector customers
  • Strong soft skills—communication, influence, problem‑solving—are highly valued
  • Ability to manage tight timelines while maintaining excellent customer experience
