As an Implementation Consultant within our People & Workforce Management – Legal & Records division, you’ll play a key role in delivering consultancy, training, and quality assurance services to our customers, including Local Authority Legal teams, Coroners, and Mortuaries. You’ll work closely with client project teams to design workflows, implement solutions, and provide expert training to end users. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine technical knowledge with customer engagement, helping organisations streamline processes and achieve better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with client teams to identify requirements and configure workflows within Civica Legal solutions.
  • Test workflows and implement systems, making adjustments as needed.
  • Deliver training to end users and create supporting documentation such as user guides and manuals.
  • Maintain and update training materials in line with product development.
  • Produce post-project reports and manage agreed actions with customers.
  • Demonstrate products to potential and existing clients.
  • Test new software releases and produce failure reports where necessary.
  • Build strong client relationships while managing multiple projects and supporting project management activities.
  • Create product specifications for new developments and assist with testing.
  • Mentor new starters and support onboarding processes.
