Key Responsibilities- Design and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and experience across the UK business.
- Turn engagement insights into actionable programmes, helping teams feel heard, valued, and supported.
- Organise events, workshops, and activities that strengthen culture, communication, and collaboration.
- Travel across the UK as required to engage with colleagues and stakeholders in person.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment between engagement initiatives and strategic business goals.
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics (e.g., Peakon), driving continuous improvement and celebrating successes.
- Act as a visible, approachable champion for employees, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Experience in employee experience, engagement, or organisational development roles.
- Familiarity with public sector or mission-driven environments is highly desirable.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
- Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic approach to people and culture.
