As an engineer in Civica's Field Engineering team, you will play a key role in enabling our product development teams to adopt and thrive on Civica's internal developer platform. You'll work closely with engineers across the business, guiding them through onboarding, helping to unblock adoption challenges, and capturing feedback to shape the evolution of the platform. Acting as both a technical advisor and an advocate for platform best practices, you'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between platform capabilities and real-world engineering needs. This is a hands-on role that blends engineering expertise with communication and collaboration, ensuring our teams are empowered to deliver value to citizens with speed, safety, and confidence.

You will be an experienced Platform Field Engineer who possesses the following skills:
