We are seeking experienced Business Development Managers to join us in our People & Workforce Management SaaS division to help both public and private sector customers to transform the way they serve their communities and enhance their people processes. From hiring to training, payroll to talent management, Civica enhances people processes. We can help find new talent, keep people engaged and take away the admin from HR.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of driving new business growth and expanding our footprint within your territory. You’ll proactively plan and prospect to uncover fresh opportunities, engage key decision-makers, and build lasting relationships with new customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across public sector and private sector customers
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Understanding the challenges facing local government and positioning our SaaS solutions as strategic enablers
- Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- Manage sales pipeline efficiently via Salesforce, track engagement, and ensure a data-driven approach to sales success.
- Experienced in new business SaaS Sales
- Passion for public service transformation and digital innovation
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Self-starter mindset with a hunger to exceed targets
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environment
- Full UK driving licence
