Why you will love this opportunity as a Designer at Civica
We're looking for a Designer to turn strategy into high-impact visual assets, with a strong focus on sales enablement. You'll bring our Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and sales methodology to life through engaging customer‑facing materials that help sellers learn, pitch and position new products with confidence. Core outputs will include pitch decks, sales plays, battle cards and one‑pagers, which all need to feel consistent, premium and on brand. Alongside this, you'll also support brand storytelling and creative development where needed, including video, motion and conceptual work.
What you will do
- Design high‑quality sales materials including pitch decks, presentations, one‑pagers, battle cards, product sheets, case studies and playbooks.
- Translate CVP messaging and commercial positioning into clear, compelling and visually engaging assets.
- Develop visual systems, templates and iconography to improve consistency, scalability and reuse.
- Bring CVPs to life in a way sellers can easily adopt, supporting cross‑sell opportunities and helping them deliver greater value to customers.
- Create digital and print assets across social, web, email and events.
- Act as a guardian of the brand, ensuring guidelines are upheld while identifying opportunities for refinement and evolution.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing commercial sales collateral, with supporting examples of brand‑led design.
- Proficient in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Able to translate strategic messaging into clear, visually compelling design.
- Comfortable working across conceptual creative as well as detailed production design.
- Experienced in visualising value frameworks, sales methodologies, commercial storytelling, buyer journeys and CVP articulation.
- Familiar with sales enablement platforms such as Highspot.
